Bright Vision runs bright-vision.us. This page explains what happens to the details you send us, in plain terms.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the Get Started form: your name, company, phone number, email, main service, service area, your answers to the two quick questions, and any notes you add.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Why we collect it

To look at your business and service area, decide whether we see a clear path to help you win, and get back to you by phone or email with an answer.

Who sees it

Your form is delivered to our founder by email through Formspree, the service that runs our form. It isn't shared with other contractors or businesses. Our web host stores standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure, and the page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address when it sends them.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we're talking about working together, or as long as we need it for our records. Ask any time and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just send a note through the Get Started form and say what you'd like done.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
